Your seat to fill:

• In the regional marketing team you are the product expert and brand ambassador in the product categories of Strollers, Home and Carriers in terms of product and market know-how
• Plan effectively visits to retailers’ stores in your area, considering business opportunities and product launches, aligned with Sales and Marketing team goals.
• Position based in Vicenza, in CYBEX Italian office. 70% of time travel to visit customers from North to South Italy, 30% of time work from the office in Vicenza
• During customers visits deliver structured product, sales, and technical training to retail teams, improving staff knowledge, confidence, and conversion rates on sales
• Preparation of marketing material for the sales force/retailers to secure product knowledge
• Plan and implement strong retail activations for your assigned product category. Pro-actively drive sell-out growth through structured in-store activations, events and technical selling support. Maintain a strong retail presence in key stores, including availability for 2 Saturdays per month, to support sales and customer experience (working Saturday recovered with an additional day off the week after)
• Be the main point of reference for retailer social media activities: organize, plan, record, and personally feature in social media content for retailers. Ensure that content is published according to schedule and that retailers consistently execute social media plans for your product category.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, retail and pr events, and activation initiatives, strengthening external partnerships and brand visibility.
• Execute our POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines, ensuring strong brand presence in both physical stores and online platforms.

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Relevant professional experience in field sales, retail or category roles, preferably within premium or consumer goods.
• Experience in marketing or social media will be considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time and work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Curious and dynamic team player – Enjoys being on the move: visiting stores, talking to staff, observing, learning, and supporting retailers. Eager to learn the product, understand its differentiators and add value.
• Results oriented and proactive – Mindset: "How can I help this store sell better?"
• While not a sales role, understands that the work directly drives sell out and brand awareness. Continuously monitors, observes and proposes improvements.
• Creative yet hands on – Skilled in creating high quality visual content (photos, videos, reels), while also being practical with in store execution such as setting up corners and window displays when needed.
• Empathetic and diplomatic – Builds strong relationships with retailers, maintains a positive and respectful approach, plans effectively, follows up reliably and consistently focuses on boosting sell out and supporting store performance.
• Confident in product demonstrations and on camera presence – Comfortable engaging with in store teams and equally confident being the main on camera person featured in social media content recorded for retailers’ channels.
• Organized but flexible – Plans field days effectively and provides clear recaps and follow ups. Thrives in a fast moving environment where schedules shift, priorities change and last minute requests arise. Remains adaptable, solution oriented and able to reorganize quickly without losing focus or positivity.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
