You will be a member of a dynamic, growing team and have responsibility for our local office in Cagliari. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit. We also love to celebrate our successes together, either by cheering each other on in the office or by doing team events. /p h3Your role in this journey /h3 ul liBe responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets by managing a high-performing sales and account management team responsible for the Sardinian market. /li liBe directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquiring new hosts, and building long-term relationships. /li liTrain and coach your team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives to achieve your area targets. /li liManage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers. /li liContinue building and strengthening the Holidu brand presence in your area /li liWork together with the Head of Sales Account Management and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices /li liRegularly go on customer visits together with your team members. /li /ul pOur salary package reflects your background and expertise. For a bTeam Leader based in Cagliari /b, the typical starting range we offer is an OTE (on-target earnings) of 55.000€ - 64.900€ gross per year, the final offer depends on your skills and qualifications. Of this, 80% is typically fixed and 20% variable. /p pYour variable pay rewards results and comes with real upside: strong over-achievement is boosted by a multiplier of up to 1.3x, and there is significant headroom to earn well beyond target, up to 350% of your variable target. /p pWe hire this role at different levels.
