In questa posizione guiderai l'architettura di soluzioni enterprise ad alto contenuto dati e AI-driven, operando in un contesto internazionale e multidisciplinare. Collaborerai strettamente con Research, Engineering e Delivery per trasformare esigenze di business in roadmap tecniche concrete. Farai leva su architetture cloud-native, microservizi e pratiche DevSecOps per garantire scalabilità, sicurezza e prestazioni, guidando scelte tecnologiche chiave. L'opportunità combina innovazione, leadership tecnica e impatto sui processi aziendali, con una forte focalizzazione su AI Generativa e tecnologie emergenti. Responsabilità
- Definire visione architetturale e linee guida per software enterprise e piattaforme AI-driven
- Supervisionare architetture cloud-native, distribuite e resilienti (microservizi, event-driven, serverless) e requisiti non funzionali
- Ruolo di Tech Lead / Principal Architect: orientare stack, audit tecnici e decisioni Make or Buy
- Governance del codice, CI/CD, DevSecOps e pratiche di qualità software a livello team/practice
- Mentoring e sviluppo tecnico/metodologico dell'engineering team
- Collaborare con Partner, Director, Cloud Architect e clienti per tradurre bisogni di business in roadmap eseguibili
- Valutare adozione e integrazione di tecnologie emergenti (Generative AI, Agentic Workflows, Edge Computing, Service Mesh) nell'offerta e nelle soluzioni
- Gestire stakeholder management, problem solving complesso e comunicazione a livello executive
Requisiti fondamentali
- >6 anni di esperienza in software enterprise come Architect/Tech Lead/Principal Engineer
- Padronanza di Python, Java/Kotlin, C#, TypeScript, Go e relative architetture
- Progettazione di architetture Cloud avanzate (Azure, AWS o GCP) e Kubernetes enterprise
- Esperienza in architetture distribuite, Event-Driven (Kafka, Event Hubs), API Gateway, Service Mesh e pattern EAI
- DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code avanzata e governance di dati/API
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership tecnica e comunicazione a livello executive
