The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliReview AI-generated code and solutions to ensure adherence to quality standards and development best practices /liliOrganize development cycles, set priorities, and define project goals and deadlines /liliResolve complex coding issues using Go expertise during AI validation and system integration /liliVerify accuracy, efficiency, and dependability of AI-generated code through validation processes /liliAnalyze code, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience /liliAt least 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with a proven ability to lead teams /liliIn-depth knowledge of Go programming language and software development best practices /liliExperience with AI systems and code-creation technologies, including LLM model training /liliProactive contribution to public GitHub repositories, including feature development and code refactoring for large codebases /li /ulh3More About the Opportunity: /h3pThis role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI technology that powers open-ended, collaborative dialogues.
