Here's what your day-to-day will look like: /p ul lipbOwn the Story Lifecycle /b: Take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle—from technical design to production release—ensuring that product stories are robust and scalable. /p /li lipbAccelerate Activation Trust /b: Build and optimise high-reliability systems for onboarding, document verification, and security flows to ensure users can start transacting safely in minutes. /p /li lipbDrive Engagement Discovery /b: Enhance the app experience by developing core backend services for shop discovery and personalised consumer journeys. /p /li lipbScale Loyalty Monetisation /b: Build the technical foundation for user retention, contributing to "Plus" subscription plans, referral programs, and loyalty mechanics. /p /li lipbMaster a Modern Tech Stack /b: Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure and participate in architectural improvements across our growth-focused microservices. /p /li lipbWork in an AI-Powered Environment /b: Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimise code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation to raise engineering efficiency. /p /li lipbEnsure Quality and Stability /b: Conduct technical analysis, accurately estimate effort, and participate in incident resolution to ensure system health. /p /li lipbCollaborate Document /b: Create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and stakeholders to align with the roadmap. /p /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.
