Overview

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director

The successful candidate will join our Creative Team and bring 6/7 years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Emerging Media channels.
• Shape and elevate the creative vision for national and international brands, ensuring excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner closely with Strategy, Client Services and Production teams to turn business challenges into impactful creative solutions.
• Present and sell creative concepts to clients with confidence, clarity and strategic rationale.
• Inspire, mentor and develop junior creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and creative ambition.
• Drive creative quality throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to final execution.
• Stay ahead of cultural, creative and industry trends, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the team.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 6/7 years of experience in international creative agencies.
• Strong creative background, either in Art Direction or Copywriting, with a portfolio that demonstrates outstanding creative thinking, craft excellence and impactful execution.
• Proven ability to build integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social.
• Experience working with global brands and complex communication ecosystems.
• A natural creative leader, able to inspire teams, mentor talent and elevate the quality of work around them.
• Passionate about creativity, culture and innovation, always curious about what's next.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and client-facing skills.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent in English.

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL)

€38,000 – €45,000

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
• The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
