Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you will bring together strong personalities and diverse perspectives to build a pragmatic and scalable management system that goes beyond compliance, enabling collaboration, operational excellence and sustainable growth. /ph3bYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3ulliDrive the development and continuous improvement of Alpitronic’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health Safety and Information Security /liliPartner with Directors, Process Owners and subject matter experts across all business functions to align perspectives, clarify interfaces and develop processes that support the success of the organization as a whole /liliShape and further develop Alpitronic’s process governance framework to support sustainable growth, accountability and operational excellence /liliDrive the alignment of processes, procedures and policies with business needs, regulatory requirements and applicable ISO standards /liliFacilitate workshops and training activities to strengthen process ownership and management system maturity /liliDrive digitalization of the IMS through effective systems, tools and dashboards, enabling efficient management of complexity, greater transparency and data-driven decision-making /liliAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating alignment, challenging constructively and driving implementation without direct authority /liliSupport internal, certification and customer audits and drive the effective closure of corrective actions /liliMonitor IMS performance through KPIs, reporting and improvement initiatives /li /ulh3bYOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /b /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field /liliSeveral years of professional experience in Integrated Management Systems, Process Management, Operational Excellence or a comparable governance-related role within a multi-site industrial environment /liliStrong practical experience with ISO 9001 and solid knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 /liliAuditor qualification and experience conducting audits and driving corrective actions /liliProven track record in developing and improving business processes, governance structures and cross-functional ways of working /liliStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and challenge constructively /liliAnalytical mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving /liliAbility to balance compliance requirements with business-oriented solutions in a dynamic and fast-growing environment /liliExcellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian /li /ulh3bOUR COMMITMENT /b /h3ulliInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /liliHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility /liliOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /liliA wide range of further training opportunities /liliTotal compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement /liliAdditional company benefits /li /ulpThe compensation indicated represents the minimum total compensation for this role.
