ph3A Snapshot of Your Day /h3 pAs the Quality EHS Manager at our Tribogna Service Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality repair operations across the Service Europe Africa Repairs organization. Your day will involve partnering with operational teams, customers, and leadership to maintain robust Quality and Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement. From leading audits and managing quality non-conformities to conducting risk assessments and implementing safety initiatives, you will be at the forefront of protecting our people, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liLead, maintain, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and corporate requirements. /li liEnsure compliance with customer quality requirements and manage non-conformities through effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. /li liOversee quality assurance activities for compression repair services, ensuring products and services meet the highest quality standards before delivery. /li liDrive compliance with Italian Environmental, Health Safety legislation, including D.Lgs. 81/08, as well as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. /li liConduct operational risk assessments and develop procedures that support a proactive, zero-harm safety culture across the service center. /li liInvestigate EHS incidents, implement corrective actions, and monitor key safety performance indicators. /li liCoordinate and lead internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring ongoing audit readiness and successful certification outcomes. /li liPartner with local management and regional stakeholders to report quality and safety performance and identify improvement opportunities. /li liLead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize service center operations, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risks. /li liPromote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement while strengthening customer confidence and business performance. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. /li liAdditional qualifications in Quality Management, Environmental Management, or Occupational Health Safety are an advantage. /li liProven experience in Quality Management and EHS leadership within a manufacturing, repair, industrial service, or heavy machinery environment. /li liStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. /li liISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification. /li liASPP qualification under Italian legislation. /li liSolid understanding of Italian EHS regulations, particularly D.Lgs. 81/08. /li liExperience conducting internal, external, and customer audits. /li liExpertise in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Why, RCA) and CAPA processes. /li liWorking knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liStrong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and influencing skills. /li liExperience managing customer quality issues and complaint resolution processes. /li liProfessional fluency in both Italian and English. /li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
