You will contribute to the evolution of Costa's digital ecosystem by ensuring that business initiatives and customer experience requirements are translated into clear, scalable and sustainable functional solutions. Through your understanding of digital platforms, integrations and technical constraints, you will help drive the successful delivery of customer-facing initiatives across multiple touchpoints.

Functional Analysis & Customer Experience Enablement
You will analyze business initiatives, customer journeys and digital requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications that can be effectively implemented across Costa's digital platforms. While not owning the customer experience design itself, you will play a critical role in assessing how customer needs can be supported through existing platform capabilities, features and integrations.

Cross-Platform Assessment & Solution Feasibility
You will evaluate dependencies, impacts and interactions across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment throughout the digital ecosystem. Leveraging your understanding of platform functionalities and limitations, you will identify functional gaps, implementation constraints and technical dependencies that may affect the successful execution of digital initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Digital Delivery
You will work closely with Business, Product and Technology stakeholders to align requirements, support prioritization activities and define functional solutions that balance customer needs, business objectives and platform capabilities. Your contribution will help ensure that digital initiatives are feasible, scalable and effectively delivered across channels.

What Makes You Unique

• 5+ years of experience in Functional Analysis, Digital Product, Digital Transformation, eCommerce or similar business-driven digital environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories and actionable solution specifications.
• Solid understanding of customer journeys and digital ecosystems, with the ability to analyze how business requirements map to platform features, integrations and operational processes.
• Proven experience assessing dependencies, identifying functional gaps and recognizing platform capabilities, constraints and structural limitations that may impact digital initiatives.
• Exposure to multiple digital platforms such as CRM, CMS, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Customer Service, Marketing Automation, Loyalty or similar solutions is considered a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools such as Jira.
• Fluency in English.
