We take pride in setting the standard for our industry and constantly challenge and improve the customer and employee experience. /ppMore than 20,000 professionals every day in a network of 9,500 points of sales, spread throughout 24 countries and 5 continents, give back the joy of hearing, feeling and living to thousands of people across the world. /ppWe are currently looking for a new member in the EMEA customer offering - pricing team, as an EMEA pricing revenue management specialist. /ph3About the role /h3pThe role will focus on providing insights and strategic support through: /pulliPreparing analyses and recommendations for top management to guide decision‑making on sales, pricing, and portfolio strategies. /liliCollaborating closely with countries and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Retail Excellence teams, to align on and execute the commercial strategy. /liliMonitoring Sales and Revenue performance trends, leveraging data visualization and analysis tools such as Python, DataIku, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics. /liliTracking and analyzing Average Selling Price, Discounts, and margins, supporting countries’ Customer Offering teams in identifying issues, opportunities for improvement, and proposing actions to achieve targets. /liliContributing to the monthly financial forecasting process, particularly in areas of Average Selling Price and product mix. /liliConducting competition monitoring to ensure a competitive product and pricing strategy. /liliContinuously optimizing the product and service portfolio to meet market demands and company objectives. /liliMaintaining and improving dashboards and KPI monitoring systems to provide accurate and actionable insights. /liliCreate new dashboards to drive business decisions /li /ulh3What you'll need /h3ulli2+ years of experience in pricing and revenue management (or similar like Revenue Growth, Trade Marketing) in global companies /liliMaster's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics (or other studies with significant numerical /liliStrong Data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills with strong proactivity and leadership /liliHigh proficiency in Excel and Power Point /liliHigh proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization Tools (PBI and Tableau) in order to create and maintain dashboards /liliIntermediate knowledge of Python (nice to have) /liliGood knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required) /li /ulh3Location /h3pHQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely) /ph3Compensation Benefits /h3pApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) /ppContractual Level: Employee 2 level /ppContract Type: Permanent - Full Time /ppThe reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €35.000 - €48.000.
