The objective is to develop and drive continuous improvement and ensure we have required process support in place. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liImprove and implement IT processes including training (both internal and external teams) e.g. on-/offboarding of new vendors, product owners, service managers, development teams /li liDrive continual ITSM process improvement, maintain and execute the process development roadmap /li liDocument both formal process descriptions and hands-on how-to guides /li liAct as an ambassador, promote global and harmonized ITSM processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liWorking experience in IT Service Management and IT processes /li liKnowledge and hands-on experience of ITIL framework; incident, service request, problem, change practices and CMDB.
