It Network Specialist

ph3bYour Mission /b /h3pThis position is responsible for building and administering IT infrastructure (network and security) as an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer. Supporting IT infrastructure and understanding IT operations (ITOps), you will work closely with other enterprise teams (Database, Server, ERP, etc.) on operations, troubleshooting, and new infrastructure setup. You will also support project teams with firewall requests, routing, and network design guidelines, as well as manage external vendors for the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure. /ph3b(Network Management) /b /h3ulliBasic knowledge of monitoring and maintaining enterprise network devices (switches, routers, wireless networks, WAN accelerators, etc.). /liliTroubleshoot network issues and resolve failures. /liliConduct routine checks and monitor network devices. /liliAdminister and monitor network service providers (cabling, electrical infrastructure, facilities, etc.). /liliReport network status in a timely manner. /liliCoordinate service requests and work with network solution providers (e.g., Cisco) when necessary. /liliBasic knowledge of OT systems (TSN, PTP). /liliResearch cutting-edge networking technologies related to manufacturing. /li /ulh3b(Security Management) /b /h3ulliAdminister and monitor security solutions (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Websense, AntiSpam, AntiVirus Console, Cisco NAC). /liliConduct daily routine checks and monitor security status. /liliCommunicate with service providers and telecommunication companies to follow up on security management. /liliReport security status in a timely manner and provide recommendations on a regular basis. /liliCoordinate service requests and work with security solution providers (e.g., Cisco) when necessary. /li /ulh3bWhat You’ll Bring /b /h3ulliBachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred). /lili2-4 years of experience in building and administering IT infrastructure (network). /liliKnowledge of building and administering enterprise networks. /liliBasic knowledge of administering security solutions. /liliTechnical skills in server administration as a System Engineer. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
