We create high-end editorial projects, large-format books, brand platforms, campaigns, and cultural objects for some of the world’s most respected companies and institutions. Our work sits between publishing, creative direction, luxury brand building, editorial strategy, and meticulous production.

We are now looking for a Client Delivery Director to help lead the next stage of our growth.

About the Role

This is not a conventional account management role.

ERG is looking for a highly polished, culturally literate, and operationally excellent Client Delivery Director to lead the day-to-day relationship and delivery of our most important client projects.

The right person will sit at the intersection of client leadership, creative production, editorial judgment, and project delivery. They will work closely with ERG’s founder, senior leadership, creative teams, editors, designers, producers, and external partners to ensure that every client feels deeply understood, every project moves with clarity, and every piece of work meets the standard expected of ERG.

This person will be responsible for making high-end clients feel personally cared for, creatively understood, commercially reassured, and operationally confident.

They will not simply manage timelines. They will protect the client experience.

What You’ll Do

You will become the senior day-to-day point of contact for key ERG clients across automotive, luxury, publishing, design, watches, culture, and hospitality.

You will lead client communication with clarity, confidence, and discretion, ensuring that every update feels considered, polished, and useful.

You will translate founder and creative direction into clear client-facing communication, internal briefs, meeting notes, action lists, and project decisions.

You will own project delivery across timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, approvals, asset gathering, stakeholder feedback, and next steps.

You will work closely with creative, editorial, design, production, and commercial teams to ensure that projects are not only delivered on time, but delivered to the correct standard.

You will prepare agendas, run meetings, capture decisions, identify risks, and ensure follow-through.

You will know when something is ready for a client and when it needs another level of refinement.

You will protect ERG’s tone, taste, and standards in client communication and delivery.

You will anticipate client needs before they become problems.

You will know when to escalate an issue to senior leadership and when to resolve it independently.

You will help make ERG’s founder-led client relationships more scalable without diluting the quality, intimacy, or authority of the company.

Projects move forward with fewer gaps, fewer surprises, and stronger communication.

Creative teams feel protected from unnecessary noise, but supported with clear information and decisions.

Clients begin to trust that ERG’s standard is carried not only by its founder, but by the company as a whole.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A high-end creative agency
• A luxury brand or luxury communications team
• Editorial, publishing, or branded content
• Automotive, watches, fashion, design, hospitality, or cultural institutions
• Senior client services for premium or complex accounts

More important than your current title is your ability to combine taste, structure, client confidence, and delivery discipline.

Required Skills and Experience

• Significant experience managing senior client relationships
• Proven ability to deliver complex creative, editorial, brand, or production projects
• Experience working with international clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and client expectations
• Ability to work closely with founders, creative directors, designers, editors, producers, and commercial teams
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury, automotive, watches, fashion, hospitality, design, art, or publishing
• Experience with large-format books, editorial projects, campaigns, or high-end printed objects
• Experience in a founder-led creative business
• Italian, German, French, Dutch, or Japanese language skills
