MLA , tour operator specializzato in Vacanze Studio all’estero dal 1976 , sta avviando un importante progetto di espansione della propria rete commerciale in Italia nel settore dell’educational travel.
All’interno di questo percorso, l’azienda ricerca nuove figure da inserire nel team con il ruolo di Consulenti Commerciali Vacanze Studio MLA .
Si tratta di un ruolo commerciale strutturato, dedicato alla costruzione e gestione di relazioni con docenti e istituti scolastici , finalizzate all’organizzazione di vacanze studio all’estero di gruppo per studenti tra i 10 e i 20 anni.
L’attività si sviluppa attraverso un lavoro continuativo sul territorio e comprende la profilazione e gestione dei contatti , la g enerazione e qualificazione dei lead , il contatto diretto con il mondo della scuola , l’organizzazione di meeting e appuntamenti ad personam e la proposta commerciale dei programmi di Vacanze Studio all’estero MLA .
Il ruolo si inserisce all’interno di un progetto più ampio di sviluppo del mercato scuola , con un approccio basato sulla relazione, sulla continuità e sul valore delle esperienze proposte agli studenti.
Il candidato ideale ha maturato esperienza in ambito commerciale , preferibilmente nei settori education, formazione o travel , possiede ottime capacità relazionali ed è abituato a lavorare per obiettivi .
È richiesta una buona padronanza degli strumenti digitali e disponibilità a operare sul territorio nazionale.
La posizione prevede un modello economico composto da una componente fissa mensile , un sistema provvigionale legato ai risultati e bonus sulle performance, oltre a un percorso di formazione iniziale e un affiancamento costante.

MLA, a tour operator specialising in study holidays abroad since 1976 , is launching a major project to expand its commercial network in Italy within the educational travel sector.
As part of this process, the company is looking for new professionals to join the team in the role of MLA Study Holiday Sales Consultants .
This is a structured sales role dedicated to building and managing relationships with teachers and educational institutions, aimed at organising group study holidays abroad for students aged between 10 and 20.
The activity is developed through continuous work across the territory and includes profiling and managing contacts, generating and qualifying leads, direct contact with the school sector , organising meetings and one-to-one appointments, and presenting MLA’s commercial offer for study holiday programmes abroad.
The role forms part of a broader school market development project , with an approach based on relationships, continuity and the value of the experiences offered to students.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in sales, preferably in the education, training or travel sectors, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be used to working towards objectives.
Good command of digital tools and availability to operate across the national territory are required.
The position offers a remuneration model comprising a fixed monthly component , a commission system linked to results and performance bonuses, as well as an initial training programme and ongoing support.
