Sales Senior Advisor - Solution Architecture

As a CCUS Solution Architect for Turbomachinery, you drive demand generation and build a strong pipeline for CCUS opportunities from turbomachinery solutions. You work closely with the CTS Sales team, regional organizations, and engineering to align technology and commercial strategies across global projects. You lead cross-functional activities to qualify opportunities, develop value propositions, and coordinate pilots in CO2 capture, compression, pumping and liquefaction. You’ll be a global reference for integrally geared compressors, shaping the delivery of holistic carbon management solutions.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead demand generation and pipeline development for CCUS turbomachinery opportunities
• Partner with CTS Sales, regional teams, and engineering to shape customer engagement and commercialization strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional support for budget proposals and technology/solutions portfolios
• Provide input for value propositions from technical and economic perspectives
• Coordinate technology qualification activities with customers, EPCs, and licensors
• Support the CCUS Platform team in establishing commercial alliances and partnerships
• Contribute to defining commercial guidelines using Voice of Customer and market assessments
• Maintain up-to-date opportunity tracking in internal systems (Deal Machine and other tools)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas/Industrial markets
• Strong turbomachinery background with knowledge of CO2 capture, compression, pumping, and liquefaction technologies an advantage
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities; inclusive team player
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and travel as needed
