As part of the Marketing Department, Communication Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Social Media , Content & Media

• Define and lead the overall content and social media strategy, ensuring consistency with Sephora’s brand positioning, business priorities and communication objectives.
• Lead the creation, curation and adaptation of high-quality and engaging content across social, digital and ATL touchpoints, including local productions and adaptations of international assets.
• Define social media objectives, KPIs and editorial strategy, overseeing editorial planning, special projects and social media productions.
• Partner with Media teams and agencies to ensure paid media strategy supporting content, social media and influence, ensuring the right amplification of key communication initiatives and an effective balance between organic and paid visibility.
• Ensure communication plans effectively support key brand launches, Sephora campaigns and strategic business priorities.

PR , Influence & Events

• Define and oversee the PR and influence strategy, building strong media and creator relationships and delivering culturally relevant stories that strengthen Sephora’s visibility and earned media impact.
• Lead and optimize influencer and PR activities, selecting the right partners, talents and formats according to brand and campaign objectives.
• Define communication concepts and PR moments around key launches, institutional initiatives and strategic brand activations.
• Provide communication leadership and coordination for selected consumer-facing events and retail moments, ensuring consistency with Sephora’s positioning and overall communication strategy.

Leadership & Communication Governance

• Ensure strong consistency of content, brand narratives and communication messages across all relevant company channels, including media, social media, e-commerce and CRM.
• Build effective working synergies across Marketing, Sales, Merchandising and other key functions to maximize the impact of communication initiatives and investments.
• Ensure strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, European and Global teams, media partners, creators and external suppliers.
• Manage and develop the Communication team, setting clear objectives, priorities and ways of working across managers, senior and junior specialists.
• Own the communication budget, ensuring effective allocation, monitoring and optimization of investments.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 75600.

This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.

On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
