Specifically, you will be responsible for: /p ul liManaging all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e-mail with high quality assistance level /li liProcessing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding) /li liMaintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM /li liMonitoring the payments flow /li liManaging bank account change SEPA mandate /li liPerforming the Cash Collection activity /li /ul h3What makes you stand out /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li liPrevious customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years) /li liFamiliar with payment monitoring and cash collection /li liFamiliar with MS office /li liExcellent communicative skills /li liStrong customer orientation /li liProactivity and high attention to details /li liGood team player /li liItalian fluency written and spoken (mandatory) /li liGood knowledge of the English language (B2 level) /li /ul pRegardless of age, gender, origin and sexual identity and orientation.
