You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand. You will proactively outreach to Clients in order to achieve/support individual and team goals. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liElevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments of joy for our clients. /li liDemonstrate thoughtfulness, curiosity and optimism: a Senior / Client Advisor is a passionate brand ambassador seeking to provide genuine and personalized Tiffany Touch during every client interaction. /li liFocus on Client Experience Behaviors aligned with luxury standards and Tiffany style. /li liExecute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action, organizing Private Appointments both inside and out of the store and proactively prospecting new clients through his/her network. /li liDeepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty. /li liPartner with Store management team and Headquarter CRM and Client Relations to work on the care and development of VIC. /li liParticipate in local and international High Jewelry events of the brand. /li liResolve client and peers concerns leveraging judgment and thorough knowledge of policy, procedure and guidelines. /li liDemonstrate sales leadership; Capture client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing clients , work on BIOs, strategically building up key information to feed client book and ad hoc outreach action plan to develop a lifetime relationship. /li liDrive business through key product pillars. Strong focus on Diamond Expertise High Jewelry Sales. /li liRespect Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior at all time. /li liEnsure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventoryaccuracy. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in the luxury retail. Previous experience in jewelry is an appreciated plus. /li liPassion to enjoy time with clients, both in store and in special occasions out of the store. /li liEmpathy, ability to create strong connection and loyal relations with clients. /li liFlexibility and strong problem solving skills /li liFluent in Italian, English (a third language is considered an appreciated plus) /li /ul pFor new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position starts from 30.000 €. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
