This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliProvide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. /liliRespond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. /liliInstall, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications. /liliTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). /liliSet up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions. /liliMaintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment. /liliAssist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical perspective. /liliSupport remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues. /liliCollaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks. /liliFollow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies. /li /ulh3Qualifications Required: /h3pBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).br/1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.br/Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.br/Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.br/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.br/Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. /ph3Preferred: /h3pExperience with macOS or Linux environments.br/IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.br/Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF). /ph3Working Conditions: /h3pOn-site support may be required.br/Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs).br/Flexible schedule or after-hours support may be needed during maintenance windows or emergencies. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
