Technical Platform Architect - CCaaS

ppIn this role you lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr platform solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on CCaaS and digital transformation. You’ll work across sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to ensure architectures meet customer goals and pave the way for successful implementations. You’ll define architecture blueprints, craft security and operational artifacts, and ensure best practices and compliance throughout delivery. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing senior role that shapes large‑scale customer experiences on Sprinklr’s unified platform. /pullivoluntary healthcare coverage where applicable /lilipaid time off for wellbeing and personal time /liliregion-based benefits information /lilicareer growth opportunities /liliDesign and implement Sprinklr solutions for assigned accounts, validating designs with stakeholders /liliLead solution architecture decisions and craft scoping estimates for TPA-driven engagements /liliProduce architectural artifacts, security documentation, and operational foundations /liliCreate low-level designs and blueprints for digital transformation /liliEnsure best practices, configuration health, and adherence to UAT/sandbox protocols /liliSupport project delivery, handover to customer success, and oversight during design /liliShare industry use cases and best practices to improve customer experience /liliMaintain awareness of Managed Services initiatives across accounts /lili8+ years in architect/consulting roles with complex CCaaS/digital transformation focus /liliSprinklr platform experience through implementations/integrations /liliTelco/call center network/infrastructure and SaaS/Cloud enterprise architecture /liliExperience with telephony, network, database, security, integrations /liliAbility to translate business objectives into outcome-focused roadmaps /liliExpert knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, CFM/CRM/CSM stacks /liliSAML/SSO/OAuth authentication knowledge /liliRelational databases and MongoDB knowledge /liliEnglish and Italian fluency /liliRole based in Milan with on-site presence 3 days/week /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
