Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs the Commodity Manager/Buyer you will be responsible to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches. /p pThe bCommodity Buyer /b is responsible for: /p ul liDeveloping and executing long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI /li liIntegrating commodity strategies into product leadership, engineering and manufacturing objectives. /li liFor New Product Development, driving supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, product leadership or other sourcing team in accordance with the business strategy /li liPartnering and being a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity /li liDeveloping negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic Partnership /li liNegotiating and issuing purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs /li liDeveloping Sourcing initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BCC Sourcing and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms) /li liLeveraging SOP data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will : /p ul liBachelor’s/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity management /li liShow a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain /li liEnglish and Italian fluent, both in writing and speaking /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills /li liAnalytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions /li liStrong oral and written communication skills /li liPositive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills /li liDemonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily /li liNegotiation expertise /li liAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs /li liAvailability to travel /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pWe are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
