Works closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers to support business growth, product development, and operational excellence. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppResponsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for hydraulic components and related technical commodities, ensuring the supply of high-quality materials and services while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /pulliDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, manifolds, fittings, castings, forgings, machined parts, and assemblies. /liliLead supplier selection processes, RFQs, cost analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier qualification activities. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and drive supplier performance improvements. /liliConduct supplier performance reviews focused on quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and sustainability. /liliNegotiate pricing and commercial agreements to achieve cost reduction targets. /liliIdentify savings opportunities through market analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering initiatives. /liliMonitor commodity trends and proactively manage supply market risks. /liliSupport new product development and product change initiatives in partnership with Engineering. /liliCollaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to improve inventory management, supply continuity, and supplier quality performance. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /pulli7-10+ years of procurement experience within manufacturing environments. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /pulliStrong experience sourcing hydraulic components and technical commodities. /liliProven success in supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives. /liliExperience working in international and matrix organizations. /liliStrong understanding of hydraulic systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain principles. /liliProficiency with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools. /liliExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /pulliExperience working in international and matrix organizations. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppbr / /p
