Internship - Retail Marketing

DHL Express Italy, a leading global company in the field of express transportation and logistics services, part of DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work offers  an opportunity in the Retail area within the Sales & Marketing Department at its headquarters in Peschiera Borromeo (MI) .

• Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Milan Lambrate and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Preparing and organizing Excel files with lists of potential retail locations.
• Data validation (ZIP codes, geographic location, duplicates).
• Verifying individual leads using geolocation tools.
• Checking distances and the presence of other retail locations using Google Maps.
• Updating lead status in internal systems.
• Supporting and sharing the retail footprint directly with operational branches.
• Organizing leads by geographical area.
• Ongoing interaction with various stakeholders to collect and provide updates on qualification progress.
• Producing reports and presentations on project and activity status.
• Performing data analysis, reporting, and evaluation activities.

YOUR PROFILE

With a strong interest in teamwork , data , and digital tools , with an effective, precise, well‑organized communication style and strong attention to detail. Good planning and organizational skills, and a solid knowledge of Excel , PowerPoint , and English (intermediate).

Experience and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Communication, Marketing, or similar fields)
• Confidence in using PCs and digital tools
• Ability to work in a structured and methodical way
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
