Job Summary

It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, and we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated, individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer based in our Dubai Offices! IFF is a global leader in fragrances, flavors, food ingredients and health & biosciences, we deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. Scent: Harnessing the full emotional power of scent, driven by pioneering creativity, science, consumer expertise and a mindful approach to fragrance design. The Graphic designer will act as a Creative Director, design and develop innovative and captivating concepts, campaigns, packaging and collaterals among others to bring IFF fragrances to life.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Imagine and create concepts: from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in-store displays.
• Imagine and design packaging mockups and label graphics.
• Create visually appealing presentations to support with customer interactions.
• Conceptualize and bring to life immersive real-world brand experiences.
• Conduct research, stay up to date and report on the latest trends (campaigns, AI, packaging, colors etc) and translate them into creative concepts.
• Support the marketing team with projects related to brands, categories, trends and others

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge in Premium Pro/After Effect; Mastery of other tools & concepts in video editing.
• Strong experience with generative AI tools for visual and video creations, ability to prompt, manipulate, art direct, and refine AI outputs.
• Good understanding of print production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative and design work in the beauty, luxury or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in working cross-functionally.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles with a passion for the fragrance industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in priorities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in all things art and design.

How Would You Stand Out?

• A Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English
