They will also be responsible for coordinating and guiding junior graphic design resources, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across multiple marketing disciplines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Graphic Design Creative Production /h3 ul liDesign high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including: catalogues, advertisements, social media creatives, newsletters, web banners, point-of-sale materials /li liCreate visually engaging content in line with TP-Link brand guidelines. /li liPhoto and video production and editing /li /ul h3Digital Marketing Paid Advertising /h3 ul liPlan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads /li liMonitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA and conversion rate. /li liPerform audience segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimization. /li liCollaborate on SEO, content marketing and email marketing initiatives. /li /ul h3E-commerce Marketing /h3 ul liSupport marketing activities for TP-Link's e-commerce channels and online retail partners. /li liCreate digital assets optimized for e-commerce platforms. /li liSupport product launches and promotional calendars. /li /ul h3Analytics Reporting /h3 ul liTrack and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Meta Business Suite. /li liPrepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations. /li liMonitor key marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications. /li liExperience managing integrated marketing campaigns. /li liExperience working in the technology or consumer electronics industry is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced proficiency in: /li liAdobe Illustrator /li liAfter Effect /li liStrong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography and layout. /li liExperience preparing artwork for both digital and print production. /li liSolid experience with: /li liMeta Ads Manager /li liGoogle Ads /li liGoogle Analytics 4 /li liLooker Studio /li liKnowledge of e-commerce marketing and digital customer acquisition. /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft Office. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liShopify or other e-commerce platforms /li liMarketing automation platforms /li liAI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar) /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liStrong creativity combined with analytical thinking. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong organizational and project management abilities. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. /li liProactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset. /li liHigh attention to detail. /li liTeam player with the ability to work independently. /li liFluent in both Italian and English. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work for a leading global technology company. /li liDynamic, international and collaborative working environment. /li liExposure to innovative consumer and enterprise technologies. /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li /ul pTP-LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals, who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
