Assistant Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the full range of Project Management Process.
• Provide day‑to‑day support on project delivery with minimal supervision.
• Assist knowledge capture, sharing, and innovation.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, contractor selection, and contract documentation.
• Manage risk and value management activities.
• Administer contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings, and other related tasks.
• Deliver all outputs accurately and timely to a high standard of quality.
• Ensure service delivery complies with business policies, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance.
• Operate in compliance with client corporate governance procedures where applicable.
• Achieve all objectives in the annual performance review process.
• Commit to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.
• Support development and management of project programmes and obtain stakeholder buy‑in.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Developing knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
• Limited technical project management skills.
• More developed skills around following PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control.
• Developing understanding of the entire project life cycle.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff.
• Support stakeholder management.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Basic understanding of leadership techniques.
• 2+ years’ experience.
