Overview
Ruolo chiave per definire e governare l’architettura dati end-to-end in un contesto internazionale orientato all’innovazione digitale. Layer di decisione data-driven con responsabilità di evoluzione della piattaforma dati e roadmap tecnologica. Avrai responsabilità operative su data warehouse cloud e pipeline di produzione, supportando pratiche di Data Engineering e governanza dei dati, includendo l’integrazione di IA. Avrai anche un ruolo di leadership tecnica e mentorship per un team di Data Engineer, con forte impatto sull’evoluzione della piattaforma dati aziendale.

- Governare architettura dati end-to-end e garantirne scalabilità e qualità
- Disegnare e mantenere la roadmap della piattaforma dati
- Gestire ambienti di data warehouse cloud per affidabilità ed efficienza
- Progettare e sviluppare pipeline dati in produzione
- Promuovere pratiche di Data Engineering e Data Governance
- Supportare integrazione di soluzioni basate su IA nei processi dati
- Mentorare e guidare un team di Data Engineer
- Collaborare con stakeholder per tradurre esigenze in soluzioni scalabili
- Monitorare standard di qualità, documentazione e processi di rilascio
- Esperienza significativa in Data Engineering e/o Data Architecture in contesti strutturati
- Esperienza con data warehouse cloud (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift o equivalenti)
- Conoscenza di strumenti di orchestrazione, trasformazione e integrazione dati (dbt, Airflow, Airbyte)
- Padronanza di Python per lo sviluppo di pipeline
- Familiarità con architetture streaming (preferibile)
- Interesse nell’applicazione dell’IA ai processi di Data Engineering
- Leadership tecnica e capacità di guidare piccoli team
- Comprovata esperienza in ambienti produttivi con gestione architetture dati e processi di integrazione
- Leadership tecnica
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Approccio pragmatico e orientato alla soluzione
- BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift
- dbt, Airflow, Airbyte
- Python per data engineering
