We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: Technology Engineering Energy Renewables Life sciences Pharma Digital IT. /ph3About this vacancy /h3pYou will work closely with Internal and external partners, engineers and product leaders on a wide-range of issues, understanding concepts, finding solutions, designing and implementing key components. /ph3Your responsibilities will include: /h3ulliAnalyze project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules /liliDevelop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports /liliGuide the functional and technical teams and maintain the solution vision and design principles /liliHandle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levels /liliWork with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases /liliProvide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection /liliMonitor and guide the development team /liliPrepare all documents necessary for the follow up of projects activities (reports, invoicing, planning and management of information etc.) /liliClose the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfaction /liliManage modification for the projects under execution /li /ulh3What we expect from you /h3ulliYou have a M. Sc. in Engineering areas or Computer Sciences and 3-6 years of experience as Project Manager /liliPractical experience with project management software /liliStrong knowledge in, at least, two of the following domains; data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, software, devops. /liliCertification in either waterfall or agile methodologies is a plus /liliVery good interfaces and communications skills (extensive interfaces with partners and client-company back offices) /liliExcellent communication skills in both English and Italian. /li /ulh3What you can expect from us /h3pThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
