Based in Bolzano, South Tyrol (one of Europe's most stunning alpine regions), this mid-level role sits at the intersection of paid media, SEO, and analytics. You'll drive customer acquisition for our emerging brands — Wild Country, LaMunt, Evolv, and Blackroll — and lead performance initiatives in high-potential markets including the United States and Poland. You'll work closely with external agencies, internal brand teams, and international stakeholders across a fast-moving, multi-brand digital commerce environment. /p h3Tasks responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and coordinate paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels — from briefing agencies through to daily performance monitoring /li liAnalyze campaign data daily: spot trends, flag anomalies, identify growth opportunities, and act on them /li liDrive acquisition KPIs — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate — with a clear focus on measurable outcomes /li liSupport SEO performance across emerging markets: technical and on-page optimization, keyword research, SERP monitoring, and agency collaboration /li liManage affiliate marketing activities to support revenue and new customer acquisition /li liBuild weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders /li liCollaborate with brand, content, CRM, and creative teams on asset development, ad testing, and landing page optimization /li liSupport tracking and attribution infrastructure: pixels, events, UTMs, measurement frameworks /li liContribute to A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing /li liProficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads — you know your way around a campaign structure and a dashboard /li liSolid understanding of SEO fundamentals: on-page, technical, keyword strategy /li liFluency in performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC — numbers are your native language /li liStrong GA4 knowledge /li liBusiness‑level English — you'll work in an international environment daily /li liAn analytical, detail-oriented mindset combined with a proactive attitude /li liComfort operating across multiple brands, markets, and time zones simultaneously /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with the US market — consumer behavior, platforms, seasonality /li liGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications /li liExperience with SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) /li liLooker Studio or comparable BI/reporting tools /li liA/B testing experience /li /ul h3Why Bolzano? /h3 pThis role is based at Oberalp Group headquarters in Bolzano, South Tyrol — a bilingual city at the foot of the Dolomites, consistently ranked among Italy's best places to live.
