Overview

In this role you will lead the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy, driving growth, value propositions, and Gen-AI capability development. You will partner with global and local teams to deliver transformative data programs, engage C-suite stakeholders, and build a high-performing team. You will shape the offering, manage partner ecosystems, and represent Kyndryl at industry events to establish leadership in Data & AI. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsabilità

• Lead growth and market expansion for Data & AI consulting in Italy, securing signings and market share
• Design value-driven propositions and Gen-AI solutions integrated into industry processes
• Collaborate with consult leaders and account teams on winning strategies for customers
• Manage partner ecosystem with hyperscalers and AI/data platform vendors to co-create opportunities
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, driving data transformation and Gen-AI adoption strategies
• Shape the Data & AI consulting offering, roadmap, and Gen-AI capabilities for the Italian market
• Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, architects, scientists, and engineers
• Deliver complex data and AI projects with measurable ROI and impact
• Drive internal initiatives to foster innovation and continuous learning
• Represent Kyndryl in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership content

Requisiti fondamentali

• 3–5 years leading Data & AI consulting practices in business development and delivery
• 10–15 years experience on Data & AI consulting projects with client-facing delivery responsibilities
• Deep understanding of analytics, data science, AI, and Gen-AI in enterprise environments
• Up-to-date knowledge of hyperscaler-native data & AI tools (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery/BigTable, Vertex)
• Deep expertise in one or more industries, with relevant processes and data challenges
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects
• Ability to craft customer-centric value propositions and business cases
• Multi-year experience managing partner ecosystems to drive innovation and growth
• Strong leadership and people management with collaboration focus
• Experience engaging with C-suite and presenting complex solutions in business terms
• Extensive knowledge of the Italy market and native/fluent Italian speaking
• Preferred: cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP) and industry-specific use cases
• Preferred: consulting methodologies, Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL
