This role provides critical financial insights, ensures accurate reporting, and supports operational decision‑making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Financial Analysis Performance Management /h3 ul liAnalyze and forecast manufacturing variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities /li liPartner with plant management to drive productivity savings aligned with budget commitments /li liDevelop and maintain cost standards for all manufactured products /li /ul h3Budgeting Forecasting /h3 ul liLead the preparation and coordination of departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecasts /li liOversee the annual capital budget, including financial justification, expenditure tracking, and ROI analysis /li /ul h3Financial Reporting Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure timely and accurate completion of monthly close activities and reporting deadlinesMaintain accurate records of plant assets, liabilities, and financial transactions in compliance with corporate policies /li liSupport corporate reporting requirements in collaboration with leadership /li /ul h3Inventory Audit Oversight /h3 ul liProvide financial oversight during physical inventory counts /li liAssist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy /li /ul h3Operational Support /h3 ul liCollaborate cross‑functionally to support plant operations and financial decision‑making /li liPerform additional duties as required to support business objectives /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or plant controlling /li liStrong collaboration and teamwork skills /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liWillingness to travel occasionally /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience with SAP /li liProfessional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CGMA /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liFinancial acumen and analytical thinking /li liAttention to detail and accuracy /li liProblem‑solving and decision‑making skills /li liAbility to influence and partner with operations leadership /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
