gestire la pianificazione e il forecasting del people cost, includendo headcount, fte, salari, incentivi, benefits e costi correlati.
analizzare dati di mercato e costi per fornire insight, scenari e raccomandazioni a supporto delle decisioni di business e hr.
assicurare la corretta reportistica e l’esecuzione dei processi in collaborazione con payroll, finance, controlling e stakeholder di gruppo.
contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di reward, benefits e workforce analytics, puntando a trasparenza, efficienza ed esperienza dipendente.
requisitisolida esperienza in compensation, benefits e people cost planning, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o internazionali.
eccellenti capacità analitiche, gestione numeri, budget, forecast e reporting.
conoscenza approfondita di politiche retributive, bonus, incentive, salary review e job evaluation.
competenze avanzate in excel e approccio data‑driven.
ottime doti di stakeholder management e comunicazione, capacità di spiegare temi tecnici in modo chiaro.
fluente in inglese.
plus: esperienza con metodologia mercer‑hay, salary surveys, benchmarking di mercato, conoscenza di zucchetti o altri sistemi payroll.
