About Generator Rome

Just a short walk from the Colosseum and Roma Termini station, Generator’s most recent opening is perfectly situated in Italy’s capital. The interior is a tapestry of Roman heritage with 75 intricately styled rooms. Set over seven floors, Generator Rome includes a bar and chill‑out lounge.

Nuts and bolts of the job

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes within company guidelines.
• Ensure our guests receive an exceptional level of service and encourage a guest‑service attitude in staff.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service to exceed their expectations.
• Prepare all mis‑en‑place for all relevant menus.
• Be aware of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues to your manager.
• Comply with company security, fire regulations, health, safety and food safety legislation.
• Constantly improve product knowledge to maximise revenue and the service provided.
• Carry out any other duties as may be requested by the Head Chef that are relevant to the job.
