About DVPS

One of our flagship Applied AI Research projects is DVPS, a 29M€ EU Horizon Europe initiative with 20 partners, exploring next‑generation AI through multimodal foundation models. DVPS develops open‑source, high‑performance models designed to learn across multiple inputs and sensors, delivering innovation with real social and industrial impact.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Marketer, AI Solutions, to translate Pi School’s AI capabilities into market‑ready solutions and revenue‑generating opportunities. This role bridges marketing and sales, focusing on positioning, packaging, and driving demand from research assets to AI solutions. You will define how our AI work is brought to market and ensure it resonates with real business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build our entire audience journey from first touch to expansion
• Turn our AI assets into measurable growth: brand awareness, adoption, engagement, partnerships, and qualified leads
• Define:
  • Use cases
  • Value propositions
  • Audience & ICP
• Build and execute demand generation programs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
• Partner with leadership to prioritise which solutions go to market
• In partnership with Sales, drive pipeline, partnerships, and commercial adoption
• Develop sales enablement assets (one‑pagers, decks about use cases and narratives)

What you will do

• Translate AI solutions into clear and valuable offerings for our audience
• Align product capabilities strongly with market demand
• Increase conversion from awareness to opportunity
• Generate measurable pipelines and qualified leads

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Product, Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• 6–10 years in product marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2B).
• 1+ year exposure to AI products, AI‑driven companies, or AI‑enabled solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong positioning and messaging skills.
• Proven ability to launch and scale commercial offerings.
• Deep understanding of pipeline and revenue mechanics.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business value.
• Experience marketing open‑source or research‑driven AI products.

Our office

Pi School is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature. Six luxury villas in Rome (Italy) have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth. Pi Campus is also a venture firm created by Translated to reinvest part of its profits into promising AI startups.

Our Offer

Based on a standard level of experience, the offered salary typically ranges between €30,000.00 and €50,000.00. The actual package depends on factors such as location, scope of responsibilities, and performance. Compensation generally grows quickly as experience leads to greater contributions. Exceptionally strong candidates may be offered salaries above this range to acknowledge their higher potential impact.
