Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Analytics Features based in Italy. /b /p pThis is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on building analytics products that help app businesses make better monetization decisions. /p pYou will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a suite of analytics capabilities, including dashboards, charts, benchmarking, and predictive LTV. /p pThe role combines product strategy with deep analytical and technical problem-solving in a highly data-driven environment. /p pYou will work closely with engineering, data science, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to turn complex data into actionable customer insights. /p pYou will also investigate data issues, develop meaningful metrics and benchmarks, and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes. /p pThe position offers significant autonomy, with responsibility for making product decisions, experimenting rapidly, and delivering measurable business impact. /p pYou will join a fully remote, international environment where ownership, customer focus, systems thinking, and a strong bias toward shipping are highly valued. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liOwn the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the analytics product portfolio, ensuring initiatives are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with broader product objectives. /li liLead the development and evolution of analytics capabilities, including charts, dashboards, benchmarking, metrics, and predictive lifetime value features. /li liWork closely with customers to understand their needs, investigate complex analytics and data problems, distinguish meaningful signals from noise, and translate insights into impactful product opportunities. /li liDevelop, recommend, and maintain benchmarks and metrics that help app developers understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve monetization. /li liAct as a key point of expertise when data or metrics appear incorrect, investigating underlying causes and edge cases rather than relying solely on engineering teams. /li liCollaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to evaluate feasibility, define solutions, and bring robust analytics and experimentation capabilities to market. /li liTranslate strategic objectives into actionable plans, breaking complex initiatives into meaningful deliverables and realistic timelines. /li liDrive product discovery, experimentation, and delivery while balancing quality, customer value, technical complexity, and speed of execution. /li liIndependently make product decisions within your area, contribute to broader product strategy, and identify new opportunities to create customer and business value. /li liBuild strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and help teams develop deeper customer empathy and understanding of industry trends. /li liContinuously evaluate product performance and be willing to discontinue or rethink initiatives when evidence shows they are not delivering the expected value. /li liDuring the first year, establish ownership of your product area, deliver meaningful customer impact, develop a longer-term product vision, and contribute to the evolution of the overall product strategy. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li5+ years of product management or closely related experience, with significant experience delivering complex products from concept through launch. /li liStrong analytical skills and hands‑on experience working with data; proficiency in SQL or comparable data tools and the ability to independently investigate data and develop robust, scalable metrics. /li liStrong technical understanding, including the ability to work effectively with APIs, data models, system architecture, and complex technical constraints.
