Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee a section of the kitchen and support the Executive and Sous Chef in the hotel’s kitchen in Rome.
The role requires 2–3 years’ practical experience as a Cook, vocational hospitality/F&B/kitchen, fluent local language, and good English; you must work well under pressure and as part of a team. Salary starts from 25k gross per year, with exclusive benefits offered by Minor Hotels across Europe and the Americas.
