Manager, Platforms Commercialization

Overview

Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in over 200 countries. The Manager, Platforms Commercialization for the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team leads the global commercialization of CAE platforms such as Personalization, Loyalty, and integrated solutions. The position reports to the VP of Platforms Commercialization and collaborates with Global Product, Regional Sales, Enablement, and Operations to translate platform capabilities into compelling narratives, practical sales tools, and scalable enablement assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the storyteller for CAE platforms by turning complex features into clear, compelling narratives and aligning them with industry insights.
• Develop platform GTM materials—playbooks, ICP guidance, discovery frameworks, ROI narratives, case studies, and objection handling—for both standalone and integrated solutions.
• Deliver platform enablement through live sessions, on‑demand materials, and regular refresh cycles to boost field confidence and consistency.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Global Product, Regional Commercialization, Sales, and CAE Operations to ensure platform roadmaps and enhancements are reflected in external-facing materials.
• Incorporate win/loss analysis, field feedback, and competitive dynamics to continuously refresh platform narratives, demos, and enablement assets.

About You

• Experience in product commercialization, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategy within technology, platforms, or data‑driven services.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex topics into easy‑to‑understand positioning.
• Hands‑on passion for AI with practical experience using it in daily workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value stories.
• Strong execution mindset with high attention to quality, structure, and scalability.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a matrixed, global environment.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive self‑stewardship, moving from ad‑hoc support to planned, repeatable commercialization cycles.
