The role oversees Operations, Service, Logistics, Quality, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and HR, driving efficiency and organizational effectiveness across about 150 staff and nationwide networks.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in entrepreneurial, PE-backed settings, lead with pragmatism, and spend regular on-site time at HQ while traveling
