The Workers Compensation Associate Attorney will support fellow Attorneys with a heavy and complex case‑load of Workers Compensation casesl, and will benefit from working at the firm with the largest marketing budget in this space. You will learn how MM handles Workers Compensation cases and how we maximize the best result for the claimants. Our lawyers work the best cases, with close to unlimited resources, and alongside world‑class trial Attorneys. /pbResponsibilities /bulliDrafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum /liliGuide claimants through the case process /liliInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits /liliAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and appearances. /li /ulbQualifications /bulliLaw degree from a fully accredited law school /liliAn active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
