Junior Asset Management Assistant - (Individuals belonging to protected categories pursuant to Law 68/99 both Art. 1 and 18)

ecoprime Italia is looking for a Junior Asset Management Assistant to join our team in Milan and support the management of our clients' renewable energy portfolios, including photovoltaic and wind assets.

This is an opportunity for a motivated junior candidate who is interested in starting a career in the renewable energy sector and becoming an integral part of our team.

We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable and eager to learn. Previous professional experience is welcome, but it is not essential. What matters most to us is the right attitude: a willingness to get involved, support colleagues, learn from others, and progressively develop new skills and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Asset Management team, providing support for operational, administrative, organisational, and reporting activities. Over time, there will be the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of renewable energy asset management and progressively take on greater responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Asset Management team, the Junior Asset Management Assistant will support the team in the daily management of renewable energy assets, including:

• Supporting the Asset Management team in operational and administrative activities related to photovoltaic and wind portfolios
• Collecting, organising, and maintaining technical, contractual, and administrative documentation
• Updating monitoring files, databases, and internal reports
• Supporting data collection, verification, and reporting activities
• Assisting in coordination and communication with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants
• Supporting document archiving and maintaining an organised filing system
• Providing general organisational and administrative support to the team
• Helping colleagues with day-to-day activities and being willing to take on new tasks and learn new areas of business

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma
• Previous professional experience is welcome but not mandatory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good command of English
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and a responsible approach to assigned tasks
• A flexible and practical approach, with a willingness to help where needed
• Curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills, and progressively take on new responsibilities
• Ability and motivation to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment
