You will combine strong business acumen with a solid understanding of pricing, promotional levers and market dynamics, contributing to strategic decisions that impact product launches, volumes, stock management and overall business performance. Your role goes beyond price definition, positioning you as a business partner to Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain in a collaborative and data-driven environment. /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 pYou will lead and support bpricing and trade analysis activities /b, guiding price and promotional decisions while maintaining a broad and integrated view of all commercial levers. You will banalyze sell‑in and sell‑out data /b, extracting and interpreting insights to monitor performance, price effectiveness and promotional outcomes. You will btrack market trends /b, competitive dynamics and customer performance, providing brecommendations on price positioning /b, trade margins and promotional strategies. You will work closely with Sales on commercial negotiations and with Marketing on launches, trade marketing and shopper initiatives, ensuring alignment between pricing, promotion and brand objectives. You will bevaluate promotional ROI /b, support the definition of promotional guidelines and targets, and contribute to strategic decision‑making by providing clear and structured insights. Advanced use of bExcel and PowerPoint /bwill be essential to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders. /p h3bAbout You: /b /h3 pYou will bring few years of bexperience in a commercial, pricing, trade marketing or similar analytical role /b, contributing a solid understanding of trade dynamics and different customer typologies. You will add strong analytical capabilities, confidence in working with numbers and the ability to connect data to business outcomes. You will contribute a structured, proactive and collaborative approach, enabling you to look beyond single activities and understand the broader impact of pricing and trade decisions. You will bring a bMaster’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields /b, along with a good knowledge of the bItalian and English /b language, allowing you to interact effectively in an international context. Your communication, negotiation and relationship skills will enable you to work effectively with Sales, Marketing and cross‑functional teams, acting as a trusted partner in driving informed commercial decisions. Strong proficiency in bExcel /band bpresentation tools /b will allow you to transform analysis into clear and impactful insights. /p h3bWhat We Offer: /b /h3 pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249.
