Commis de Rang (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant area
• Always exemplary behaviour in terms of friendliness, discipline, punctuality, quality of work and work ethic
• Ensuring optimal service flow
• Providing professional service in accordance with Falkensteiner quality standards in all catering departments

Your profile:

• Relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
• Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
• Excellent specialist knowledge and very good wine knowledge (national and international)
• Ambition, sociability and motivation
• High service and quality orientation
• Very good German and Italian skills, English skills is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
