Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant area
• Independently managing your own station
• Ensuring optimal service flow
• Responsible for instructing and supervising employees and trainees in the restaurant
• Selling drinks and wine and making wine recommendations
• Providing wine service
• Providing competent advice to guests on the range of drinks and food on offer
• Handling complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner
• Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant

Your profile:

• Relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
• Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
• Excellent specialist knowledge and very good wine knowledge (national and international)
• Ambition, sociability and motivation
• High service and quality orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and Italian, knowledge of English is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
