pConverse seeks a highly organized Materials Developer II who manages design-to-production workflows for textiles, trims, graphics, and construction. You will lead cross-functional teams, review prototypes, and shepherd styles through the development process to meet gates and dates for on-time production. /ppYou will apply textile science expertise, mentor others, and drive material innovations that differentiate our products, with a readiness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
