Market Growth Manager - Alternative Accommodations

Trip.com

Trip.com, based in Rome, is looking for a Market Manager / Business Developer to expand partnerships in alternative accommodations. The role involves recruiting property managers and enhancing market performance with innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development within the travel or hospitality sectors and possess strong negotiation and analytical skills. Fluent English and Italian are essential.
