Senior Consultant Finance & Performance Management

Join KPMG’s Financial and Performance Management team to drive finance transformation for Italy’s leading companies. You will help redesign control, planning and reporting models and implement performance management solutions in collaboration with top EPM providers. The role focuses on delivering value from finance transformation, automation, and new operating frameworks. • salary range 31,000–51,000 EUR

• Redefine EPM strategies and support CFO in redesigning the performance model
• Design and configure finance/ business process solutions with leading EPM tools
• Define functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, S&OP, and product costing
• Assess automation benefits via business cases and measure pre/post transformation performance
• Define organizational structure, skills, training plans, and timelines for Finance 4.0 implementation
• Support clients with analysis, review of designs and processes and enable the implementation of performance management solutions

• Master in Business Administration or Engineering Management
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles (industry or consulting)
• Excellent English; study or work abroad preferred
• Strong problem solving abilities, goal orientation, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take on challenges and adapt in fast-changing environments with leadership impact
