CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST FTLScopra se questa opportunità è adatta a lei leggendo tutte le informazioni riportate di seguito.Salgareda (TV)Entra nel Team CodognottoDa oltre 75 anni Codognotto è uno dei principali operatori europei nel settore dei trasporti e della logistica integrata, con una presenza internazionale in oltre 20 Paesi e una rete di professionisti impegnati ogni giorno nel garantire soluzioni di trasporto efficienti e orientate al cliente.Per il potenziamento della nostra sede di Salgareda (TV) siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Customer Service FTL da inserire all'interno della Business Unit Full Truck Load.La posizioneLa risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento operativo per la gestione quotidiana dei clienti assegnati, assicurando elevati standard di servizio e un costante coordinamento con i reparti operativi e commerciali.Principali responsabilitàGestire il rapporto quotidiano con i clienti assegnati.Monitorare l'esecuzione delle spedizioni FTL nazionali e internazionali.Garantire una comunicazione puntuale e proattiva sullo stato delle spedizioni.Gestire richieste, segnalazioni e problematiche operative individuando soluzioni rapide ed efficaci.Collaborare con i Transport Planner per garantire il rispetto dei livelli di servizio concordati.Supportare le attività di reporting e monitoraggio dei KPI di servizio.Contribuire al mantenimento e allo sviluppo della soddisfazione del cliente.RequisitiEsperienza pregressa in ruoli di Customer Service, Customer Care o Operativo nel settore trasporti e logistica.Conoscenza delle dinamiche del trasporto terrestre FTL.Buona capacità di gestione delle priorità e problem solving.Orientamento al cliente e forte attitudine relazionale.Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali.Costituiscono titolo preferenzialeEsperienza presso spedizionieri, operatori logistici o aziende di trasporto.Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un Gruppo internazionale e in costante crescita.Ambiente dinamico e orientato all'innovazione.Percorsi di formazione e sviluppo professionale.Opportunità di crescita interna.Range retributivo previsto: RAL compresa tra € 30.000 e € 40.000.
