Were looking for passionate, Italian-speaking professionals ready to provide world-class support in the home appliances industry . If youre all about helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a 5 experience this could be your next adventure!
What You'll Do:
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
- Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
- Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
- Excellent communication & empathy skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
What You'll Get:
- 1,000/month base (×14 months) + 100 performance bonus (×12 months)
- 2,000 welcome bonus
- Relocation package : flight reimbursement + accommodation (only 280/month, all included!)
