We are looking for a Bids and Projects Manager

LIFE AS A THALES BID & PROJECT MANAGER

As a Bid & Project Manager within Thales, you will:

• Ensure support to manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.
• Grant contribution to manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement
• Ensure support and contribution to harmonization and standardization of the executive reporting
• Partecipation to major Program Reviews and Bid Gates
• Ensure support to bids and projects when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS and Master Schedule.
• Contribute to monthly analysis performance highlighting risks, criticalities and contributing to define corrective actions and relevant plans;
• Contribute to documentation
• Manage Risks & Opportunities: capability of elaboration and maintenance of the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
• Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
