ppYAM is looking for a Senior Strategist (B2B) to support the unit dedicated to Business Corporate communication, working with clients in Italy and internationally. B2B communication requires more than marketing expertise: it demands a real understanding of how companies work, their business model, trade and sales dynamics, organization and decision-making processes. The Senior Strategist (B2B) combines this business mindset with a strong hands-on attitude: a senior professional who designs communication strategies, and then brings them to life across digital and traditional channels, shaping content and marketing mix, defining media strategies and KPIs, analyzing data. The role works in close contact with clients, acting as their strategic reference point, and alongside the agency’s strategy and creative teams, bringing a distinctive business-driven perspective into projects and pitches.br/ /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign B2B communication strategies, from business and market analysis to strategic recommendation and execution /li liDefine content strategies and marketing mix across channels, working with creative teams, content editors, and social media managers /li liDevelop media strategies, set advertising KPIs, and monitor, analyze and report campaign performances and results /li liMonitor digital channels and tracking conversion platforms, with a focus on lower-funnel activities, lead generation and sales support /li liUnderstand each client’s business model, market scenario, competitive landscape, trade and sales dynamics /li liManage day‑by‑day client relationships and build trusted relations with senior and C‑level stakeholders /li liSupport new business development, contributing to proposals and pitches for B2B prospects /li liMonitor trends, platforms and tools relevant to B2B marketing (digital platforms, marketing automation, social selling, CRM ecosystems, etc.). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li6-8 years of proven experience in B2B marketing and communication in agencies or on the client side /li liHands‑on experience in planning and managing digital content, channels and campaigns /li liSolid knowledge of media strategy, advertising KPIs and data analysis, with confidence in the main analytics and reporting tools /li liExperience with tracking and conversion platforms (analytics, tag management, conversion measurement) /li liGeneral knowledge of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems (Salesforce co.) /li liUnderstanding of business fundamentals: business models, go-to-market, trade and sales processes /li liVery good English /li liSenior standing with a doer attitude: comfortable advising C‑levels and equally comfortable getting hands dirty on execution /li liWell organized and cool under pressure /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients /li liProactivity, flexibility and operational autonomy /li liGenuine curiosity for how businesses work /li liTeam spirit: ability to collaborate with the strategy and creative teams. /li /ul h3Salary Package /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
